Section 5-1-112 - Civil districts undisturbed by county legislative body reapportionment

The recordkeeping role of the present civil districts shall be left undisturbed, and the boundaries of civil districts shall be preserved as they exist at the time of the apportionment of the county legislative bodies and on March 7, 1978.Acts 1968, ch. 599, § 8; 1978, ch. 934, § 5; T.C.A., § 5-112.
