Section 5-12-103 - Local approval - Effect

Any county that adopts this law, or the budgeting system provided for in this part, in accordance with § 5-12-102, shall follow the general procedures set forth in this part in the preparation, adoption and execution of all budgets respecting all funds, activities and agencies of county government.Acts 1957, ch. 291, § 3; T.C.A., § 5-1203.
