Section 5-12-112 - Violations - Penalties

Any official or employee of the county, or of any institution or agency thereof, who fails or refuses to perform the duties required of that official or employee by this part, or who fails or refuses otherwise to conform to this part, commits a Class C misdemeanor and is subject to removal from that official's or employee's position.Acts 1957, ch. 291, § 12; T.C.A., § 5-1212; Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 113.
