Section 5-12-216 - Modification of dates

If good cause is shown, such as, but not limited to, a reappraisal of property within the county, the comptroller of the treasury may, notwithstanding any law to the contrary, modify any dates required under this part in a particular county.Acts 1993, ch. 431, § 16.
