Section 5-16-108 - Sewerage facilities - Mandatory connection and use

The board or other administrative agency is hereby authorized to require any person, firm or corporation owning or occupying property within an area of land in which sewerage facilities are maintained by the board or administrative agency, to connect with and use such facilities.Acts 1961, ch. 166, § 8; T.C.A., § 5-1608.
