Section 5-19-116 - Householders' rights preserved

This chapter shall not prohibit an individual householder from disposing of solid waste from such householder's own household upon such householder's own land; provided, that such disposal does not create a public nuisance or a hazard to the public health.Acts 1969, ch. 201, § 15; T.C.A., § 5-1916.
