Section 5-21-102 - Chapter definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Committee' means the county financial management committee;(2) 'Department' means the finance department; and(3) 'Director' means the director of the finance department.Acts 1981, ch. 325, § 2.
