The records, papers, files, etc., in the chancery court, circuit court and court of general sessions of the petitioning county shall be, by the respective clerks of such courts, turned over to the clerks of the respective courts of the absorbing county or counties, as set forth in the consolidation plan.Acts 1939, ch. 224, § 8; C.
