All bonds issued under §§ 5-3-113 - 5-3-121 shall be issued according to any other public or private act relating to the absorbing county; provided, that those acts are not in conflict with §§ 5-3-113 - 5-3-121.Acts 1939, ch. 225, § 3; C.
