Section 5-5-120 - Powers and duties - Commissioners for local improvements

The county legislative bodies have power to appoint commissioners for towns, toll bridges and other public improvements, and to fill all vacancies that may at any time occur among the commissioners, as prescribed.Code 1858, § 4207 (deriv.
