Section 5-7-103 - Sites for offices

The county legislative body of every county, a majority of the members being present and voting for it, may purchase and hold suitable sites for offices of the county clerks, and such other county offices as may be deemed expedient by the legislative body.Code 1858, § 409 (deriv.
