Section 5-7-114 - Replacement of courthouse or jail - Deed conveying old site

Any deed of conveyance of the old site of the prison or courthouse, made by the project superintendents, duly proved or acknowledged and registered, shall be effectual to vest a valid title in the purchaser.Code 1858, § 417 (deriv.
