Section 5-9-103 - Market houses

The county legislative body is authorized to appropriate money towards the construction or maintenance of a public market house, to be erected within the confines of the county, and to be used for general public market purposes.Acts 1917, ch. 27, § 1; Shan., § 6050a1; Code 1932, § 10256; impl. am.
