Section 50-1-109 - Physicians mandatory disclosure of participation in a physician wellness program prohibited

An employer, as defined in § 50-1-304, shall not require a physician, or a prospectively employed physician, to disclose participation in a physician wellness program, as defined in § 63-1-173, as a condition of employment or continued employment.Added by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 924,s 5, eff. 1/1/2025.
