The commissioner of labor and workforce development shall promulgate rules necessary to implement this part in an orderly and efficient manner, in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1988, ch. 997, § 5; 1989, ch. 399, § 3; 1999, ch. 520, § 41.
