Section 50-3-108 - Full payment required except in case of compromise and settlement

The commissioner shall require the full amount of any penalty assessed by a final order of the department to be paid, unless the commissioner receives approval to compromise and settle the amount to be paid pursuant to § 20-13-103.Acts 1996, ch. 944, § 46; 1999, ch. 520, § 41.
