Section 50-3-406 - Violation of posting requirements

Any employer who violates any of the posting requirements, as prescribed in this chapter, shall be assessed a penalty of up to seven thousand dollars ($7,000) for each violation.Acts 1974, ch. 585, § 34; T.C.A., § 50-536; Acts 1991, ch. 170, § 5.
