Section 50-3-804 - Quorum

For the purpose of carrying out its functions under this chapter, two (2) members of the commission shall constitute a quorum, and official action can be taken only on the affirmative vote of at least two (2) members.Acts 1972, ch. 561, § 15; 1974, ch. 585, § 37; T.C.A., § 50-557.
