Section 50-3-901 - Delegation of powers and duties by the commissioner

(a) The commissioner shall designate those persons in the commissioner's department responsible for carrying out the commissioner's powers, duties and responsibilities under this chapter.(b) The persons designated shall be qualified by education, training and experience to ensure the effectiveness of this chapter.Acts 1972, ch. 561, § 17; 1974, ch. 585, § 37; 1977, ch. 111, § 33; T.C.A., § 50-561.
