The commissioner shall submit annually to the governor and the general assembly a summary or digest of reports submitted to the commissioner under § 50-3-906(7), together with the commissioner's evaluations of the progress toward achievement of the purposes of this chapter, the needs and requirements in the field of occupational safety and health, any other relevant information, and the commissioner's recommendations derived from these reports.Acts 1972, ch. 561, § 19; 1974, ch. 585, §§ 29, 37; T.C.A., § 50-568; Acts 1999, ch. 520, § 41.
