On or after April 16, 2012, no public funds of this state or any political subdivision of this state shall be allocated to the regulation or enforcement of any change made after December 1, 2011, to the United States department of labor's Hazardous Occupations Orders for Agricultural Employment relating to children, compiled in 29 CFR part 570.Acts 1988, ch. 722, § 1; 1999, ch. 520, §§ 41, 52, repealed by Acts 2011 , ch. 61, § 3, effective 4/11/2011.
