As used in this chapter, 'issuing officer,' means either:(1) Any official authorized by law to issue search warrants; or(2) Any court of record in the county of residence of the agency making application for an administrative inspection warrant.Acts 1979, ch. 345, § 3; T.C.A., § 50-602.
