All warrants shall include at least the following:(1) The name of the agency and employee or official requesting the warrant;(2) The statutory authority for the inspection;(3) The name of the person or persons submitting affidavits in support of the issuance of the warrants;(4) The names of the persons who will conduct the inspection;(5) A reasonable description of the property and items to be inspected and seized;(6) A brief description of the purposes of the inspection; and(7) Any other requirements or particularity required by the constitutions of the United States and the state of Tennessee, regarding administrative inspections.Acts 1979, ch. 345, § 6; T.C.A., § 50-605.
