Section 50-5-103 - Employment of minor under 14 years of age - Penalty

(a) A minor under fourteen (14) years of age may not be employed in any gainful occupation except as otherwise provided in § 50-5-107.(b) Any person who violates subsection (a) commits a Class D felony.Acts 1976, ch. 480, § 3; T.C.A., § 50-703; Acts 2001, ch. 378, § 1.
