After a petition is filed pursuant to § 50-5-208, and following reasonable notice to all parties to the contract as is fixed by the court, the court will provide all parties to the contract with the opportunity to appear and be heard. The court may approve the contract following the hearing. Acts 2003, ch. 168, § 1.
