Section 50-5-218 - Court's discretion for hearing in chambers or courtroom - Of record - Sealed

At the court's discretion, the hearing may be held in the court's chambers or courtroom. The proceeding shall be of record and may be sealed, if the court determines that sealing the record will be in the best interests of the minor. Acts 2003, ch. 168, § 1.
