Section 50-6-417 - Dispute of experience modification factor

In cases where an employer disputes an experience modification factor assigned to the employer, the insurer shall notify the employer of the employer's right to submit a request for review and to appeal to the commissioner of commerce and insurance pursuant to § 56-5-109(b).Acts 1996, ch. 944, § 27.
