Section 50-6-602 - Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Board' means the board of directors of the competitive state compensation insurance fund;(2) 'Fund' means the competitive state compensation insurance fund; and(3) 'Personal injury' or 'injury' has the meaning given to it in § 50-6-102.Acts 1992, ch. 900, § 26; 1994, ch. 979, § 3.
