Private independent insurance agents licensed to sell workers' compensation insurance in this state may sell insurance coverage for the fund according to rules adopted by the board. The board shall, by rule, also establish a schedule of commissions that the fund will pay for the services of an agent.Acts 1992, ch. 900, § 26.
