Section 50-7-106 - Employers not included by employment security law - Notice to employees

If this chapter does not include an employer within the requirement to provide unemployment compensation insurance coverage to its employees, then the employer shall notify in writing each present and prospective employee.Acts 1991, ch. 446, § 1.
