Section 50-7-203 - "Administrator," "commissioner" and "department" defined

(a) 'Administrator' means the chief administrative officer of the division of employment security of the department of labor and workforce development.(b) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of labor and workforce development.(c) 'Department' means the department of labor and workforce development.Acts 1947, ch. 29, § 2; C.
