(a) 'Week' means the period of seven (7) consecutive days that the commissioner prescribes by regulation.(b) The commissioner may by regulation prescribe that a week shall be deemed to be 'in,' 'within' or 'during' that benefit year that includes the greater part of the week.Acts 1947, ch. 29, § 2; C.
