Section 50-7-913 - Extended benefits

An individual who has received all of the combined unemployment benefits and shared work benefits available in a benefit year is considered an exhaustee for purposes of extended benefits, as provided under § 50-7-305, and, if otherwise eligible under that section, is eligible to receive extended benefits.Added by 2022 Tenn.
