Section 52-2-405 - Unlicensed facility operation - Penalty

(a) It is unlawful for a person, partnership, association, or corporation to own or operate a service or facility that provides intellectual or developmental disability services or personal support services within the meaning of this title without having obtained a license as required by this part.(b) A violation of this requirement is a Class B misdemeanor.(c) Each day of operation without a license constitutes a separate offense.Added by 2024 Tenn.
