Section 52-5-504 - Services plan development

If upon completion of an evaluation of a person under § 52-5-404 or § 52-5-409, the department determines that the person meets the standards in § 52-5-501, § 52-5-502, or § 52-5-503, and if the department certifies to the court that there are funds available within the limits of the department's line-item appropriation for services, then the department must attempt to develop a service plan for the person for the purpose stated.
