Persons registered to manufacture, distribute or dispense controlled substances under this part and part 4 of this chapter and title 39, chapter 17, part 4, shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the record keeping and inventory requirements of federal law, and with any additional rules the board of pharmacy and the appropriate occupational or professional licensing board governing persons who may legally dispense controlled substances.Acts 1971, ch. 163, § 22; T.C.A., § 52-1429; Acts 1996, ch. 675, § 56.
