Section 53-11-403 - Criminal penalty not exclusive

Any penalty imposed for a violation of part 3 of this chapter and this part, or title 39, chapter 17, part 4, is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction otherwise authorized by law.Acts 1971, ch. 163, § 30; T.C.A., § 52-1437; Acts 1996, ch. 675, § 57.
