Section 53-7-207 - Compliance with law required for operation

Subject to § 53-7-214(a), no establishment in this state shall slaughter any livestock or poultry or process any livestock, deer, or poultry carcasses, or parts of any livestock, deer, or poultry carcasses, meat food products, or poultry products, for human consumption, except in compliance with the requirements of this part.Acts 1967, ch. 99, § 7; T.C.A., § 52-921; Acts 2007, ch. 421, § 14.
