(a) Inspection results for food establishments shall be recorded on standard departmental forms that summarize the requirements of the law and rules and regulations.(b) A copy of the completed inspection report shall be furnished to the person in charge of the facility at the conclusion of the inspection.(c) The most current inspection report furnished to the operator or person in charge of the establishment shall be made available at the facility for public disclosure to any person who requests to review it.Repealed by 2017 Tenn.
