Section 54-11-227 - Payment of reported repairs

Upon the filing of the report of the commissioners, it shall be the duty of the county legislative body to order the repairs to be paid as other claims against the county.Acts 1859-1860, ch. 90, § 3; Shan., § 1740; Code 1932, § 3066; impl. am.
