(a) There shall be filed with the petition a bond, with adequate security in a penal sum that the county clerk deems adequate, to be approved by the county clerk, and conditioned for the payment of the costs and expenses of this proceeding, provided the prayer of the petition is not granted, or the petition is dismissed for any cause.(b) The county court may at any time have the bond increased in penalty or security.Acts 1919, ch. 193, § 2; Shan.
