Section 54-12-114 - Proceeding for cost and expense fund not to delay other proceedings - Sixty percent acreage provision

The proceeding to create a fund for the payment of the cost and expenses shall not interfere with or delay the other proceeding, and the matter, in all other respects, may be proceeded with as provided in this part, and as provided by law; provided, that the sixty percent (60%) acreage provision of § 54-12-108 shall only apply to and be limited to a proceeding under this part.Acts 1919, ch. 193, § 9; Shan.
