Section 54-12-119 - Refund to petitioners and their sureties paying preliminary expenses

All sums paid by the petitioners or their sureties on their bonds shall be refunded and repaid to the person or persons paying the sums out of the funds of the improvement district when the funds have been realized under parts 2 and 4 of this chapter.Acts 1919, ch. 193, § 119; Shan.
