Section 54-12-213 - New report ordered and new commissioners when report annulled or set aside

If for any reason the monthly county court annuls in toto or sets aside the report of the commissioners, it shall order them to make a new report, or shall remove them and appoint new commissioners to act as in the first instance, if desired by the parties concerned.Acts 1919, ch. 193, § 53; Shan.
