Minors and persons who are adjudicated incompetent shall have the further period of one (1) year after the restoration of competency in which to redeem their lands sold under this chapter under like terms as to amounts to be paid, in redemption, as provided in § 54-12-418.Acts 1919, ch. 193, § 103; Shan.
