Section 54-17-102 - Scenic highway system established

(a) There is established a system of scenic highways for the state.(b) The system shall consist of those highways or roads or sections of the highways or roads that are so designated by the general assembly from time to time according to this part.Acts 1971, ch. 431, § 2; 1976, ch. 819, § 1; modified; T.C.A., § 54-2502.
