Section 54-21-106 - Disposition of fees

All fees received by the commissioner under § 54-21-104 must be paid into the state treasury and placed in the highway fund for the administration of this chapter, and any fees received in excess of those administration costs shall be allocated to the department's general fund.Amended by 2020 Tenn.
