Section 54-21-112 - Commissioner's authority to enter on property without penalty

The commissioner and all employees under the commissioner's direction, in the performance of their functions and duties under this chapter, may enter into and upon any property, without penalty, upon which an outdoor advertising device is located and make examinations and surveys as may be relevant or dispose of the outdoor advertising device when disposal is provided for under this chapter.Amended by 2020 Tenn.
