Section 54-7-103 - "Chief administrative officer" defined

For purposes of this chapter, 'chief administrative officer' is defined as a county road superintendent, county road supervisor, director of public works, county engineer, or similar county highway official either elected or appointed pursuant to any general or private act of this state.Acts 1974, ch. 738, § 2; T.C.A., § 54-1003.
