Section 54-9-135 - Removal of engineers - Cause

Any engineer employed under this chapter shall be subject to removal or discharge by the commissioners for the county, at any time when, in the judgment of a majority, it appears to the best interest of the county to remove the engineer, first giving the engineer thirty (30) days' notice of removal.Acts 1913 (1st E.S.), ch. 26, § 11; Shan., § 1695a37; Code 1932, § 2997a; T.C.A.
